A Proud, Pushy Leader!
Hey Friends,
I have been told my entire ministry, I push too hard. I understand it, I just don’t agree with it. We are on a timeline and it is more limited by the day. I believe the two minute warning has been given by God and our time to minister and win the lost is running out.
With that said, can I tell you how proud I am of FPC! We have asked them to go farther and further than ever before. The worship team has just completed a 21-day fast and the entire church was called to a 7-day fast leading up to Sacred Storm. As you read this, the Storm has officially ended and God was glorified. Many came to Jesus for salvation. So many of our family invited so many people – it was amazing!
Hundreds of others worked tirelessly from Thursday until late Sunday afternoon. I could not be more proud of our family. We are on a major upswing in miracles and moves of the Master. Hundreds have gotten out of their comfort zones in giving, serving, fasting, inviting, and witnessing. I stand amazed at the goodness of God and the maturing of our spiritual family. Way to go FPC! Way to go intercessors from other ministries and churches! Thank you, as well.
Remember, we are one Body in Christ. We are to complete each other, not compete with each other. God is moving in Knoxville and around the world on our I-Campus (Kyle is great!). It is so exciting and fun to watch and to be a part of.
Now we reload and get ready for this weekend – EASTER! Another family affair. We will have thousands of guests and hundreds will come to Christ this weekend for salvation and deliverance. The resurrection power will be in the air. God is at work and what a joy and privilege to be a part. Pray for this weekend and let’s work together.
Love you and am so proud of you,
Pastor

Hey you know what you are a little pushy!I love it you’ve motivated me to love more, serve more, live more, learn more, lead more, and give more.Keep on pushing man I live for it.Thanks!
I Love FPC because we are asked often-What is your Heart condition? As we grow spiritually it is only appropriate that people are prodded/encouraged to make a choice. The happiest people know that we are not here forever–Time is of the essence.
Hey, if pushing hard gets God’s work done, so be it! To expect more from God’s people could just be part of the reason FPC gets so much done, the confidence placed in us is given back in service BECAUSE we are believed in. God has shown me, as well as a lot of people I imagine, that serving and reaching for the lost has no limits in the joy given back, sometimes twofold. To set a high standard is to get a higher standard…..
We are all given authority to choose what to do with what we are given in life. I posed the question this morning to someone who resents very much the reflection in the mirror.
Is that being pushy when you see someone making choices that the obvious fruit of those choices are death? To present them food for thought as to their decisions, in hopes that the seed will grow into a 180 choice that produces life. Or is it choosing what is our belief that we have been given the responsibility to honour restoration or at least do everything we know how to do and then choose to hope.
How much should we push ourselves and those around us toward choosing the life part of our daily choices that are presented? Will we be held accountable if we choose to not speak what we know is life because of the personal flack we get for being pushy?
I did see how much dedication was present in the FP staff and vol. for the lost and it is wonderful to say the least to be around such concious devotion. To me it is more a blessing to serve among such, than a hardship.
Where it really gets hard for me is when the hope of the work coming to an expected end for good is constantly resented. That is when I grow weary and wonder if I should be so steadfast. Need prayer to stand and discernment to see.
I gotta say, I would rather have a “pushy” spiritual leader than a passive one. You’re a motivator PC, people see and appreciate that. Just look at the growth in the church! God bless you and your staff this week, keep pushing!
Proud – good word
