God’s Will Without Question!
Hey Friends,
As a pastor, one question that I get asked the most is: “How can I know God’s will for my life?” It is a great question and one that I have spent a lot of time contemplating and considering. There are some things that we know are, without question, the will of God for each of us because they are revealed in the Word!
In the Book of Ephesians, Paul prays for us being led by the Holy Spirit and so it is the will of God.
“That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.”
Look at all that is in this powerful, pregnant paragraph that is God’s will for YOU today:
- Riches of His glory
- Strengthened in the inner man by His power
- Christ would dwell in your heart
- You would know His great love for you
- You would be filed with the fullness of God
That is a mouth full! Wouldn’t you agree? All that, and so much more, is the revealed will of God for you right now! That blows me away. I wonder, are you experiencing any of it? If not, why not? This is God’s plan for you! Today this is what He wants you to experience.
It is my prayer for you that you walk in this and so much more. God is a well that has no bottom or end to the flow of love and power and glory to us. “Out of your innermost being shall flow rivers of living water.”

Hey PC! Great thoughts! I believe slowly God is revealing his path in my life, HIS will. I left clinicals today and came home through the Western Heights community, and my heart began to ache as I drove by and saw people all round me whom needed to know how awesome God is! I wanted to get out and scream it to them! I know God has called me to be a nurse, because it is what I LOVE to do, and I believe that is my worldly calling from him, but my will, path and place in his Kingdom is to bring people to him! I felt a huge place in my heart for these people that I saw. I also saw a homeless man without any shoes, and I wanted to give him my shoes. I know his Will in my life is ever so present because I have never felt these heart aching feelings for just random people. I also have noticed myself seeing people on the street and just praying for them as I drive past. God is an amazing force and I love that he is using me! Thanks so much for the thoughts! Love in HIM!
