MAKE PERSONAL GROWTH A PASSION
As a Pastor, I have somewhat of a shepherd’s heart and as such I long to see you grow closer to the Great Shepherd. Please don’t leave growth to chance. In 2009 I will have my second book dealing with your personal growth plan. I really want to challenge you prepare a plan and put it into action in ’09. It will be our best year yet. I am praying for you. Let us know what is your biggest barrier to preparing a plan or putting one into action. Your problem could help others.

How do I even begin to make a personal growth plan?? Where do I even begin? What if I fail? I know God loves me even when I fail and do stupid things. So I guess my biggest fear is failure and not giving my all. Thanks for your continued support and encouragement!

Pam, Great questions! Go to my blog where I gave my 08 plan. Use the disciplines as a place to start. The plan is a just guide, not the Bible. I have never finished the year and hit everyone of my goals. If you fail, great, cause you will fail forward in pursuing God. Write a draft and email it to me and I’l look over it.
